"We want you to know how happy we are with our two
females Misha and Demi, daughters of Kada. At 1.5 years, they are extremely
bright and have displayed an ability to learn that is just outstanding. We hope
to have them in training to become therapy dogs soon. They are very loving and gentle dogs, yet very alert and on guard for us already. Their vet,
among others, comments on how good they look. These dogs have shown
us just how special the Poodle is. We thank Ravenswood Poodles for the
quality of care and breeding that brought us such wonderful animal companions
!" Genya and Eric

"Thank you for your love, hard work and devotion to Kada and her puppies. We have certainly been blessed with all that arrives with curly, black hair, long legs, and a sweet and companionable disposition." Peggy

"Max had his first outing yesterday as a trail dog for horseback riding and did splendidly. We love him to bits." Sharon

"Shadow us amazing! She is sweet, very social and outgoing. She has each of our three boys convinced that he is her favorite." Pam

Written by owner after they’ve owned him for a year:
"His disposition is incredibly sweet, and the one he's bonded to is ME. He can speak, sit, lie, shake, and come when called. He can also do "doggie pushups." He also retrieves and likes to be our ball boy when we play tennis. Mellow is a very intelligent dog." Anne

"I was referred to this breeder through contacts with the president and secretary of the Columbia Poodle club located here in the Northwest.  They are very professional and make appropriate placement their first priority (something you will not find with some breeders).  I found Patsy, who is a RN, very knowledgeable about the breed's medical and emotional needs.  The pups are raised in a home environment with constant human contact." Richard

"Beau is wonderful ` we marvel over him all the time. He went for his check up on Monday and passed with flying colors and much admiration from the vet. She gave us some of the medical significance of the medical tests for Kada and Tugs, and gave kudos to you for the excellent, thorough job you are doing as a breeder` our thanks to you also. Additionally, he appears to have received a lot of socialization from you and your family. He knows how to play ball, fetch and return." Patti

American Standard Poodle goes North to Canada

On February 25, 2006 we picked up a black Standard Poodle puppy.  Kodie (Kodiak) was to be his name.  We were Canadians purchasing an American Standard Poodle.  We were looking to purchase a well rounded and well socialized puppy.  We needed a puppy who would fit into our family which included myself, my husband, Morrie (male Standard Poodle), and Reuben (our wannabe Poodle cat).  We had learned that female and female dog homes as well as female and male dog homes were okay.  Male and male dog homes were a near impossibility.  With one of Patsy and Jared's puppies near impossibility became possible.  Kodie became more than we anticipated.  Besides becoming one of the loves of our lives he become a sibling/friend to Morrie and Reuben.  His transition to becoming a member in our family was an experience I never will never regret. We owe Patsy and Jared many thanks for the incredible puppy they brought into this world.  We feel more blessed that they allowed us to purchased Kodie.
